I was really grateful for how quiet it was, and there were several good restaurants, several within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff really helpful and kind.

Easy stop on highway 2. Nice aviation museum within walking distance, also some good restaurants nearby. Quite a few antiques stores within walking distance also.

Nice, small town facility. Great staff. Grounds could use a little sprucing up - but that’s okay.

It is a very old facility. The rooms still have shag carpet from the 1970's and the room smell of disinfectant. It is the only game in town however.

My niece was just charged $20.00 for a dirty towel!
Maybe they should use some bleach, makes you wonder how sanitary any of the towels or bedding is!
The rooms are outdated.
I think you should look at a different place to stay!

As a book lover this property was awesome! They had a "Free books" book shelf, and more free books in the room.
There was a play park a block away. The toilet paper is top notch! A 70s style motel that has been well maintained. Beds were comfortable too.
The only down fall is that you have a highway right beside it and the AC didn't work very well (but that could have been user error) all in all great bang for your buck

It was cheap and very friendly check-in person. Lots of road noise as its right in highway 2, which we knew & no AC, which we slso knew. After a lousy sleep the shower was spraying through a leak up over the shower rod and hitting the top of bathroom door. Shut it down and went for a soak in tub.....no stopper for tub either. Notified staff by phone so hopefully the next traveler has better luck.

Not the greatest experience and would defiantly not recommend. Upon arriving there were police there dealing with something and people drinking outside observing the action. Our room was outdated and had magazines from the 80’s in it. Pretty sure the mattress was also from the 80’s as it looked old and we could feel the springs when laying down. There was no wifi or coffee in the rooms. Thankfully there was AC as it was a hot night in Alberta. The door had a visible crack between the frame and there was no deadbolt. The only saving grace about the motel is that it was clean.

Inexpensive accomodations. Property is old and needs upgrades. This is reflected in what is charged. Staff are friendly. Parking is good.
