I stayed in room 258 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was no heating in the room, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially as we were traveling with three children and my pregnant wife. Additionally, the room was not clean, which added to our frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and because of these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services for future guests.
