The only real complaint I have is that there wasn't enough parking but once the parking opened up a little bit it was great! The room was beautiful we had a full Ocean View and it was almost a 180 view in our room. The only other complaint I have is the Sunday brunch was quite pricey for what it was so we skipped it. The hotel is absolutely breathtaking beautifully maintained!

We had trouble with the lock on our door. Maintenance had to come 3 times until finally fixed. HaD to wait on Beach chairs a couple of times. Only 1 elevator working made for a lot of waiting. 5th floor smelled like weed first night but they took care of it. Very nice, historical hotel. Private beach was nice to have.

Excellent hotel filled with old world charm. Very similar to Broadmoor or Hotel Del Coronado -- built in early 1900's but excellently maintained. Beautiful upscale charm with modern flair. All hotels in Galveston are across the street to the beach. Nice beach area. Beach area staff so-so. Not very organized and definitely not good services except for manager Evan. He was awesome. The rest kept saying they'd bring things and then didn't. Need more lounge chairs on weekends.
