The bed had bed bugs on top of that the room was dirty, the blinds were broken and when I pulled the sheets the bed was dirty with bugs and hairs. Thank God I never sat down or put any of my stuff on the bed. When I called down to the front office they told me they could only move me to another room. Took pictures of the bed and bugs. They moved me and the new room was much better clean and no bed bugs, I checked really good. Will not be staying here again.

This place should honestly be a $99 a night hotel. I thought the only thing nice about this place was the front counter staff. The room is outdated. Not very clean. It was very noisy being so close to the airport. Nothing really to walk to besides a Denny’s and McDonalds. They don’t even have an ice machine. Guy at the front desk was nice enough to give me a few bottles of water.

Front desk was closed and locked the next morning and no answer from the phones. No staff at all in the hotel up to the time I left. I had to leave the key and no one to check me out.

It's a suite. Price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area. No complaints on cleanliness. Here's what was lacking/missing/problem area(s) in my room: -No guide on TV or remote, -No channel listing in room, -No tissues, -No suitcase holder/fold-out and only a chair to put my suitcase on, -It has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove, but no paper towels, no dishwashing liquid, no silverware, no cups, no plates, -No coffee maker -Electrical and phone outlets on desk didn't work, -Tub didn't drain well at all, so I was standing in dirty water by the time I was done with my shower.

Staff were very helpful and kind. The way the hotel operates is good, but it is in very very bad condition and needs to be renovated urgently. The condition of chairs in the rooms was appalling, huge tears in the fabric. The lifts (elevators) were dirty all the time. While it is acceptable that rooms are not serviced daily as that is part of the suite’s methodology, it is bad not to clean the lifts and common areas. But I want to finish again by commending the reception staff who were efficient and friendly.
