When our room had an issue with the air conditioner the first evening, they immediately gave us the closest available room to ours which happened to be the executive suite. The location was excellent, near the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal. It was an easy walk to St. Marks Square and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and rooms were well appointed. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. I do not recommend the breakfast unless it is included in your room price. It was completely overpriced and does not compare with other breakfasts at similarly priced hotels.

Beautiful hotel and great service

The hotel was amazing! The suite we were in was quite large and very clean. Views were amazing too. Staff was super nice and very accommodating with luggage and travel recommendations. It's right next to the river and in a fantastic shopping area.

This is showing as a 4 star property and I will certainly give this 5 stars for that. It is not the four seasons, but a unique boutique type hotel. I believe all rooms are a little different and we picked the river view exclusive room and although it did not have a balcony as the description said it had a very large window we opened and had open often. The staff was great and breakfast was good. We had an early trip before the restaurant opened and they even offered to pack us a breakfast before the opened. Clean room and very comfortable at 500+ sq ft.
