This was a beautiful hotel! We stayed at some big hotels in Tokyo and wanted a smaller place to stay in Kyoto that reflected Japanese architecture. I found this hotel on Expedia and booked it and so glad I did! The hotel was beautiful with tradition Japanese look and feel but with all the modern amenities.
