This place was supposed to be, something that was "cheap and available" as we were going to Coachella, but exceeded all of our expectations. Dani was wonderful - she was so cheerful, accommodating, and such a joy! The property is so peaceful and lovely. The breakfast baskets are a wonderful way to start your day - croissants, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Les Cactus also has bikes you can borrow to cruise the neighborhood.

All the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and kind!!! The entire place was simply beautiful and well put together! Breakfast was healthy and substantial!!! Pool water was a perfect temp! My room was everything I could want!!! They didn’t even have a phone in it!!! Great way to unplug!!! If that’s your desire of course. AC was to perfection!!! Overall this place did not disappoint!!!! Had a late check in, so I was given a door code. Imagine my horror when after 1am, as a solo female traveler, SOMEONE ELSE ENTERED MY ROOM! I explained the situation to the staff the next day and they said they had a new system and that had been happening. Thank goodness I had the chain locked. Their solution was… nothing. No refund, nothing. I’ve stayed before and loved it which is why I returned, but this was a terrifying experience, with zero resolution.

I really enjoyed my stay at Les Cactus. It is a more lowkey no frills type of place, but the staff could not be nicer or more helpful, the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are nicely appointed. Pool and hottub were great. The morning continental breakfast was amazing—fresh croissants, granola, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. I would really highly recommend it for anyone coming to Palm Springs!
