Great location in the historic part of town. Very modern and nice decorations and ambiance. Super super nice and comfortable rooms with private outdoor tub. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was pleasant for the price point. The only thing I’d highlight is the lack of lifts to the floors. If there is no one (or just the girl at the reception), you may need to lug your luggage up/down flight of stairs.

This is my second stay at the hotel, but very disappointed with the bath tub water heater .... the first time when I stayed , the water heater got problem, can’t get hot water for the bath tub on the first night , and this happen again for this stay, and same room, and we paid extra for the room attached with bath tub ,

A good stay

My deluxe room is spacious and comfortable, with nice modern furnishing. It has all the amenities a traveler would need (ie kettle, coffee/tea, hair dryer, mini fridge). There are limited council-run public parking spaces at the front and nearby. Do note that the big private parking beside the hotel no longer charges RM8/night as stated in the booking website.
