The staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was limited. The room was much to be desired. We arrived and there was no bathroom tissue (TP) in our room and literally 1 towel.

The building is extremely run down. The staff is behind bulletproof glass and there is no microphone or speaker so you can barely hear them. To access the upper floor rooms you have to ride an elevator that feels like it’s going to drop to the ground at any moment. When we got to our room the faucet in the bathroom was broken and barely functional. No soap, no towels, the beds sit on an interesting metal frame that made a load bang every time you got in or out. It appeared to have some very sketchy long term residence that sit right out the front door and you have to walk through their cloud of smoke to enter or exit. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The door to the room next to us was not secure. There was trash in the cans and cheese rotting under the dresser which made the whole room smell. We didn’t stay, left and got a refund.

Awesome air con. Terrible parking. Not many spaces, many of which are taken by construction equipment. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable leaving my rental car to be parked there.

Room was adequate. Traffic noise was pretty bad. Hotel property is close to highway - may be good or bad. You have to drive for closest amenities - doesn't feel safe at night.

It wasn’t great to have to ask for towels as there weren’t any at all when we arrived. And we had three people and were only allowed to have two bath towels - no hand or face towels. 3 towels would’ve at least helped since we were three people and not two. The microwave wasn’t wiped as there weren’t food stains inside. I think there was what looked like blood stains on the wall in the main lobby. I think cleaning that would make people feel a little better about the overall first impression since the exterior didn’t look too great. The bed was comfortable, though! Thank you for letting us use your space to rest.
