I had a r servation and planned to arrive at 9pm. I received a call when I was 10 minutes away stating they were having plumbing problems and no longer had a room for me. I asked if they would have had a room for me if I'd arrived earlier and was told "yes". They said I could call a manager the next morning and hung up on me without problem solving. The manager wasn't in the next day but the desk clerk said he was unaware any plumbing issues. March Madness was in town, I'm pretty sure they sold my ticket for more than I was going to pay for it with my advanced reservation.

This hotel was terrible in every aspect. The hotel smells horrible. It’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel but it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The staff seemed unwilling to accommodate the most meager requests. The actual room was in need of renovations. The curtains were falling off the window and the furniture was dirty and had noticeable damage. The mattress was only suitable for someone sentenced to “hard” time! It was ridiculously uncomfortable. The place is run down and sorely needs a complete makeover and fumigation. The smell in the hallways and the room was almost unbearable.

This place should not be on any site. The room was in a deplorable state with grime on the walls and literally bugs on the ceiling and walls. The staff was unhelpful to put it mildly. I walked in saw the state of the room took pictures and video and walked out they refused to refund or cancel my reservation. Stay anywhere but here - sleep in your car it would be more sanitary
