The staff is superb, very accommodating. Good customer service. We stayed for 2 nights did not used the air con , instead open the window . When I tüneyin the air con smells like old cigarette butt. My family wasn’t pleased with that and was so disappointed. Saw a pain patch by the window by the bed gross!! Means wasn’t cleaned proper. The comforter has a stain, . Bathroom was ok . Did not complain no energy for that tired of travelling. But was not impressed with the place .

駅からも近く、わかりやすい立地。客室に個別に電子レンジがあり、近くにファミマもあって、素泊まりで特に寝るだけくらいだったので、かなりコスパ良かったです。（泊まったのか喫煙可の部屋だから余計にかも。） 早めに着いたのですが時間より早くチェックインさせて頂きました。 フロントは外国の方で、とても親切にしていただきました。 追加のタオルは、翌日以降、部屋に内線電話がないので、直接フロントまで貰いに行くシステム。(有料の電話番号はありましたが)マグカップもフロントにて受け取りました。(ティーバッグ・スティック等の飲み物は等はありません) 内線電話がないのは残念です。 あとたまたまだったかもしれませんが、備え付けのヘアドライヤーが首が固定せず扱いにくかったです。
