The staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always helpful, took care of our reservations when we needed to extend. The room looks great…the room smells clean and you don’t always have that when you stay at a hotel nowadays. It’s clean, the bathroom is clean and the beds are made sharply. we always stay here every time we come to town it's always nice. The service is great and customer service is always excellent. This is the only trip that we didn't get much sleep due to the ongoing smoke alarms that kept going off all through the night for two days. That's my only complaint.

The room was fairly clean. No shower curtain. The staff was excellent, both for check in and check out. Heating/AC was ok but wish we could have more range to adjust temperature so it wasn’t so warm. Convenient location off the highway and in a nice, quiet area. The room had some weird stains on the ironing board/carpet/door. My room was provided with coffee packets but no coffee maker, which was odd. I was also advised that the pool was out of service. The beds seemed clean enough and they're pet friendly, so it worked for my purpose, but not exactly a must-stay.
