We booked 2 queen rooms. We paid and then they said when we arrived, they only had 1 room available. So my kids had to stay in a separate hotel down the road making our check in a nightmare. It hasnever happened before or since. We would like a credit from Hotels.com for the inconvenience. We were in town for a convention and this reservation mishap caused us to be in an unnecessary time crunch. Again, i expect a credit for a room in the future. The room was large and very clean. Because I have some physical limitations, I was extremely pleased to see that there were more "grab bars" in the bathroom than usual. All of the staff that I met were both friendly and helpful. Kudos to the night manager--who ALWAYS appeared to be on duty--and who, with a smile on her face, never seemed to be irritated when asked to "re-code" my key because I couldn't keep from slipping my room key into the same pocket in which I carried my billfold . . . which has a magnet in it. (Apparently codes and magnets do not play well together.) I had never stayed at this particular motel, but should I need return to Indianapolis, I'd gladly book a room here.

Guy at the front desk was very closed off not really friendly, they said they had breakfast but it’s only coffee and a small amount of muffins you would have to ask them to bring more muffins out, my shower for the king room did not work but I did not feel like changing rooms or being a “Bother” I think they judge everyone here the same , we were just staying for a night away with family. They really just need new workers with integrity, and good cleaning skills. 4/10

It was a nice room and facility, but check in was a pain. The guy kept trying to set the card machine up for my security deposit, and it took him any number of tries before he got it working. The computer may have been slow, and I was drowsy anyway, but it felt like a half hour before he figured out what to press on his tablet to set it up. At least he figured it out.
