Horrible area, horrible parking, dirty small rooms! We left and had to find other accommodations, and didn't receive the refund that we were told that we would get back by the front desk attendant. I hope that the gentlemen that checked in just before us and left for what I assume were similar reasons, at least got his full refund back. Do your research, as I should have done, and stay somewhere else!!

The property is run down. Underrisable people around loitering at 12:30 am. We checked in and and checked right back out, we didn't stay. They charged us for our reservation. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Burbank for the night. I would take this property off your site. Had to go through a run down lobby to get to the rooms, limited pool hours, run down parking area, etc.
