O quarto estava limpo, check in e check out foram super rápidos. Sempre tinha vaga no estacionamento. Muito próximo dos parques da Universal e do Outlet da International Drive. O único porém é que a tv não funcionava, fora isso, a hospedagem foi excelente!

Hotel muito bom, todo reformado e parecendo novo. Espaçoso, com cofre, frigobar e micro-ondas. Duas camas espaçosas e banheiro sem aquelas banheiras imundas dos hotéis da cidade. Voltarei com certeza e indico a todos sem surpresas. Possui piscina e salão para café da manhã que não contratei o serviço e não posso opinar. Serviços de limpeza e arrumação no quarto são realizadas a cada três dias e somente se você solicitar. Achei isso muito bom, pois você pode deixar suas coisas a vontade no quarto

The staff was great, always very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived in our room, it was nice and cold and the air conditioning worked well the entire stay. The room was very clean and the renovations were very nice. We loved the location being so close to Universal, Disney, and so many different restaurants and other activities. This was a great find. Will definitely return when I’m back in Florida!

Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Stayed for about one week to go to the parks nearby, but didn't actually spend much time in the hotel/room. In that stay, housekeeping does not come in at all to replenish things, so needed to go to the front desk for more towels, toilet paper, etc... It'd be nice to have at least a check in every other day for those things. Although there is a nice storage rack in the room, some additional hooks in the bathroom would be helpful to hang clothing, towels, etc... Otherwise, it was a great stay and would recommend.

Well, I gave this place a second chance, and it definitely got worse. I’m not sure how you can charge someone full price, especially with no television. If you come back from the theme parks after being out all day, and all you wanna do is enjoy the room, how are you supposed to do that without television? The first time you had no cable. This time you had no streaming service. And you have the nerve to charge full price for breakfast? I mean every hotel that you stay in in America, especially around the Disney area, has a television Anyways, it’s still very difficult to navigate the hotel If you take a wrong turn, you’ll end up outside and locked out of the building and you have to walk all the way around to get Get back inside So there’s definitely no signage to help with navigating to where you need to go Very, very disappointed

The property is renovated but stay away from this hotel. The windows are paper thin and if you get a room highway-side then you will be AWAKE ALL NIGHT. For god sake at least put double glazed windows if not the sound deadening ones. Why a single glass window next to a highway in 2026? NO ELEVATOR, good luck carrying your suitcases up the stairs! Stayed five nights and NO ROOM service. Had to ask to get fresh towels. People were rightfully dumping there garbage next to ice machines. NOT Recommended and NEVER staying there again. Also hate the barn doors on bathrooms, no latches and lack of hooks to hang any thing. Where am i supposed to put the clothes when changing or showering?
