They looked stained and needed to be shampooed, but otherwise the hotel was in good condition. Staff was very helpful and gave us some guidance regarding getting around in the area. I was very leery driving up to the hotel because of the mediocre reviews but I was not disappointed at all. The hotel looks nice and is walkable to Niagara Falls and shopping places. The room was fantastic, high ceiling, bathroom was nice and city view was great. So I definitely recommend this place , take the city view room because its absolutely gorgeous at night

In reality I liked the apartment we tried but the windows were very dirty, the mattress on the bed is too ugly, my boyfriend woke up with an allergy on his body, I don't know if it was because of the mattress but I feel like we talked a lot and in the photos they have it's not really like that, the hotel is very old and needs a lot of work to be done
