On our last night we ended up with a soaking wet floor by our door and then the fire alarm went off at 8am. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. For somewhere close to the falls, Buffalo etc, it’s a great place to stay. This isn’t a 5 star, so expect a bit of an older building, the elevators sound like they need some maintenance, but everything went well with the stay. Came for a Buffalo game. The staff was amazing. Parking was great, and definitely walkable (when it’s not freezing outside)
