First and foremost throughout the entire experience i didnt have to deal with one lobby or checkin it was all online and keyless that was my favorite part. Not dealing with any customer service reps. We stayed in Cabin 8 at Anchor Inn and had such a great experience overall! From the moment we walked in, it had the perfect cozy cabin vibe. The room was quaint and welcoming, with a mini sink, fridge, and microwave which made it super convenient. There was a king-sized bed plus a queen-sized bed tucked away in its own little secluded area, which was perfect for us.
The bathroom sink and toilet were spotless and looked brand new. We were pleasantly surprised to find a s’mores kit left on the counter along with instructions for the outdoor fire pit. We used it that evening and it was incredible! The whole atmosphere was amazing — other guests were outside enjoying their fire pits too, which made it feel fun and lively.
There’s also a small on-site kitchen, and we ordered a salad and pizza delivered right to our room, which was so convenient. It’s pet-friendly as well, which is always a huge plus.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the floors. While they appeared swept, there was quite a bit of dust under the beds and the bathroom floor felt sandy. Aside from that, we had an absolute blast.
Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend Anchor Inn to anyone looking for a fun and cozy place to stay!
