Got charged $40 for grease stains on the sheets. They charge you $100 at the beginning and honestly I figured they were going to find a way to charge something. The young lady who checked us in was amazing, very friendly, and welcoming. I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk about another matter and he was also very polite. Older lady (definitely management) that works in the morning however, very rude. Went to breakfast at 0902 and was told by a cleaning guy that breakfast ended at 9 but we could grab something. As soon as we started getting food, the older woman and guy just started putting things away and cleaning around us. The woman told us where to sit and said breakfast ended at 9. She appeared annoyed and it showed. Look elsewhere, there are better places to stay in Vineland.

We got there late and needed to leave early but for our purposes, the room was fine, the parking lot felt safe, the hotel atmosphere was quiet, the breakfast bar wasnt fancy but certainly adequate. Overall, everything was fine.

The older woman, I assume the owner, is the sole reason I would avoid this place. I got charged 40 dollars for there being "pizza grease" on the sheets. They charge 100 dollars to your card in case anything happens, but after reading the fine print on the paper you sign stating they charge the hundred, I had a feeling they would find any reason to not give all the money back. The young lady who checked us in was very polite and welcoming as well as a gentleman I spoke with over the phone. We got breakfast at 902 and there was a cleaning guy who said breakfast ended at 9. The cleaning guy allowed us to get food however the older woman and him began cleaning and putting away things before we even sat down. The woman even told us to sit at specific table and just said that breakfast ended at 9. She looked annoyed with us. There's better places to stay and compared to this place, it's worth the extra cost.
