Horrible! First they tried charging me twice. Then I got a room someone else was in then my car was broke into and. I got robbed the next morning. The moment we part to go to our room there were syringes in the parking lot and my wife has never stepped on one that's the first thing number two there's no towels TV doesn't work stains all over the bed stains on the mattress cockroaches manager was not cooperative. Told me that because it was a low budget room that I should be willing to accept everything that's wrong with it

The staff were helpful, but the room was very, very dirty. I should have read the other google reviews, but my experience from past Red Roof Inn stays several years ago were all very good. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in North America. Many flies in the room when I arrived, sheets and bedding had stains, neigboring lodgers were into drugs and partying which made it hard to sleep and feel safe.
