We moved to this hotel from another one and loved it! Naomi is the friendliest, most energetic and happy person and made us feel so welcome every time she saw us. She offered us water and often asked if there was anything we needed. Naomi is a KEEPER!!

the air fresheners were a bit overwhelming in the lobby and on the floors. but it was otherwise clean and the staff were very friendly. there was what appeared to be a homeless person in the parking lot trying to talk to people getting in their cars. some security patrol in the parking lot would be helpful ti keep patrons safe.

The room was ready when we arrived and was quite neat and clean. The front desk staff and lounge personnel were very friendly and welcoming. I liked that i was able to pre-order breakfast at a substantial discount when I made the reservation. The location was very convenient. Negatives: not many, really. The property seemed older and in need of up-grades. The in-room phone didnt work, the shower handle was difficult to adjust and the sink faucet leaked badly. However, i would certainly stay here again.

Be aware of the $12/day to park.

Ridiculous that they charge $12/day for parking. Never said that on the web site. It did say “parking available” I assumed it was free. This hotel is not in a city. It’s in a major retail area where everything is designed around having a car. It’s just part of the nickel and diming they do at Courtyard. A drip coffee in the bistro will cost you $5. All the breakfasts are about $20 and they are just ok. Bed is too soft for me. Wife liked the bed. Service in the Bistro was great. Staff is very polite and quick.

If you like toilets for toddlers, stay here. But if anyone has a knee problem, a back issue, is elderly or is overweight and has trouble getting out of low chairs, then steer clear. Plus it’s placed in such a way that there is nothing you can grab to hoist yourself up. A close-up shaving or make-up mirror would be helpful. It was EXTREMELY difficult to turn the faucets on the first day. Perhaps this particular room hadn’t been used for a while? **** Be aware that there are druggie types who try to gain access (and have succeeded-as we witnessed many times during our 2 night stay) to the building by going in the side door as someone is coming out. The rest of our stay was fine…quiet and comfortable.
