Lovely spot on the South Umpqua River, and I think all the rooms had views from their porches/balconies. Everything was lovely and clean. Shower had great pressure. Only difficulty we had was our key didn't work when we returned each day, so we had to keep going back down to get it re-done. Not a big deal.
