Traveled from Dallas to Huntsville to visit family. Only reason I booked this hotel was for the inside pool that we did not get to enjoy. The pool was not climate controlled and no jacuzzi since it was covered by cement. The pool looked unclean and not well kept. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the water temperature being extremely cold. The room was clean and breakfast was good but very disappointed with the pool situation.

the hottub was cemented in! the pictures showed indoor swimming and hottub relaxation - errr NO it was DIRTY. BUGS ALL IN THE POOL ANDDDDD IT WAS FREEZING COLD - not temperature controlled pool temperature and no hottub. i was beyond pissed as this was the only reason i booked this room.

After 10 hours on the road, the room and check in was good, but I discovered no hot water for a bath. Staff found another room and had to move.....it smelled and the water there was only tepid. Phones to desk did not work...had to get dressed and alert the staff to move at 10 PM at night. Demanded a total refund and staff is referring that to management.
