The room was clean, the breakfast was good, but the one hotel clerk was very rude, has a very bad attitude, and raised her voice while talking to me, called me a derogatory name, lied on me even after she reviewed her video footage and she was very confrontational, not customer service friendly at all and I would never stay there again.

The breakfast and staff were the best thing about the property. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no explanation whatsoever. We found no fire or reason to evacuate so we though it was a one off. It wasn't and we were awakened again at 7am to the alarm and no fire. The condensation under the fridge had completely rotted the credenza beneath it and the whole room smelled wet when the compressor was running. The breakfast was good enough and the staff was very friendly, welcoming.
