Overall a well located property with new view to the lake and in a good condition but the staff was something else . It wasn’t they were rude ; there were not existing . Waited 20 minutes to check in, didn’t respond to calls or text when issue raised and during check out waiting another 15 min .

The hotel rooms are very dated. I paid $50 for a late checkout and the girl said we’d have until 2pm but really we only had until 1pm. They should give me my $50 back as the normal late checkout is free. The towels are so thin. That bathroom is tiny with no place to put your toiletries. The beds are not comfortable.

The hotel is run down needing a major update. Our room was subpar. The water pressure in sink was god awful..tub was slippery when taking a shower and the fridge was inoperable. Hotel was suppose to be smoke-free but could always smell pot We stayed 1 of the two nights then went somewhere else for the second. The best thing about hotel is the location but other than thar DONT stay there.
