Beautiful pool and spa facilities, amazing large rooms with great room service. Great location, short walk/uber/underground to most tourist attractions. Fantastic food locations around if you want to stay close to the hotel. Only downside was the pillows as they were a bit too hard.

The hotel and breakfast were nice, however, there was an issue with the AC and the hot water due to some engineering issue. In addition, the TV in the room would randomly turn on on its own - not good when this happened a few time in the middle of the night. This explained why the TV was unplugged when we checked in our room. Hopefully much of this was a one-off and isn't a common occurrence. We would consider staying there again. If all was working properly, this would have been a good value all around.

It is ok hotel, but whilen you pay more than 500 bucks per night you would expect a bit more.. location is quite good, not direct access to the airport from the closest underground station, but with one change (with a taxi that would probably have been 20-30 mins more time). The hotel itself is nice, but a tad worn, or is it a feeling coming from the decoration that is modern and personal. There is a okayish pool and as a Finn, I rather not say anything about the sauna. Gym I could not check before we got kicked out because my 10 year old son was with me and wanted to work out with a threadmill . Hopefully his existence did not disturb too much the other only qustomer in the gym before the exodus. Food ok, but nothig special that would have made to visit ie again

The staff were friendly and approachable. The drinks at the bar were expertly made and absolutely lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourism as you are in the middle of every thing you want to see.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in London, and there's a reason why we will continue to come back--the staff is amazing! They are more than helpful and kind from check-in to check-out. The location is also hard to beat--5 minutes from the Holborn tube stop! Looking forward to our next stay at the NYX in Holborn!
