Hotel is very nice. Very friendly staff!! The indoor pool was a great surprise for 6 yr old granddaughter; however it wasn’t heated and water was very cold. There was a significant rain storm the day I checked in and when I returned to my ground floor room at 11pm, it was flooded. Desk staff was amazing in finding me another room.

Very friendly staff and a large pool. The hotel is just starting to show its age. Everything was dingy, even after being cleaned. The toilet/plumbing made a constant knocking sound, half of the lights didn't work and the smell was a little unpleasant. The door to our room was very difficult to open or would not latch at all. Room number 314. We stayed in the same room last year and it was the same. It has never been fixed. Hotel is in a great location, but definitely needs some updating.

The ice machine on our floor was broken, and the pool was ice cold. The room was pretty tidy , but nothing special. Also, the tv is very small, and the remote didn’t work all the way correct. Mainly upset about the pool being too cold to swim

I booked over 6 months ago and I get there for them to tell me they were over booked by 16 people and told me to call Expedia for other availability in the area. Did not bother calling me ahead to make other arrangements or offer any help. Was very rude as we’ll acted like it was my fault they was over booked.

The stay was good for a one night stop. It was a half way stop to break up a long drive so I wasn’t there to use the pool or anything. Room was very clean and comfy. Did not see what the breakfast was; I left to early. The location is right off highway and staff was very friendly.
