As always the staff was very helpful and great with helping where they could. The problem was that the ice machine (which was broken last time we stayed at this location), was still broke. It’s the only ice machine in the entire building. No breakfast, which is advertised as being provided. If you’re not going to offer it, that’s fine, but don’t say you are when you’re not.

The place was clean. Staff was nice. Room was good. But the room heater air-conditioner sounded like a rock grinder. Hard to get a decent nights sleep, especially when thats why you are there. Was told that many of the units were aging out this way. So since its a known problem, i wont be staying at this location ever again.
