Nice modern design and materials for a few days stay. We are used to the smaller size room design so that part is fine as well. The bed was a nice large size and it’s important to not lose that aspect when downsizing everything else. Great location.

Very comfortable bed, very good amenities in the room for this price (microwave, coffee machine, teapot, selection of teas and abundance of coffee capsules). All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty

Had everything I needed. No staff on site was fine for this trip. Comfortable bedding. Complete control of the climate control was very important to have. Shower fixture could be better. Close to the west train station but on a busy road. Good sound proofing prevented it from disrupting my stay.

Excellent location, very near to main station for Uban underground and Tram, and to a main shopping street. Our Standard studio was very comfortable, all facilities as described. Bed very comfortable and place very clean. Appreciated the extra drinks left in fridge. Will definitely stay again. Only issue -could not get any TV channel in English, despite 2 very speedy responses from Customer Team (via email) with detailed suggestions which unfortunately didn't work out. Instructions on how to amend and apply changes to language settings would be welcome. Thanks to Service Team for speedy responses. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cute, but a little small

The room was beautiful but smaller than expected - tight for two people with large suitcases. A loud hum (likely from the bathroom fan) was noticeable but reduced by closing the bathroom door; earplugs are provided, likely for this reason. Check-in and info were sent via WhatsApp, with helpful extras like luggage storage and local tips. We appreciated the self-service setup, though it may not suit those who prefer daily housekeeping or front desk interaction. Location was out of the city centre but 5 mins to a train/tram stop and a 10–15 min walk to a grocery store.

I enjoyed my stay! It's in a good location for public transport (trams and underground trains) and one of the hop on hop off bus stops is a 2 minute walk away. Vienna is a big city, so its not walkable in my opinion, but this location made it easy to get everywhere. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable. There's a Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so there are often people around which is nice for the vibe. I haven't given 5 stars because the fact it's all automated is a bit annoying. You have to check in online to get a code and there's no desk or office nearby to talk to a human. I had problems checking in and the AI support was really good though. Lastly, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom! Winner haha

As a woman i really like this place very comfy

The location was very good, transportation was very easy. There is no reception, you handle everything from whatsapp or the application, everything is fast and I was able to communicate with the authorised persons when I needed. As a woman, I felt very safe. Numa thought of everything from our menstrual needs to our ironing needs, but I didn't use it because I didn't need it. I was going to criticise only because there was no paper towel, but I didn't see it, I saw it on the way out, it was next to the fridge. Cleanliness, warmth, everything was very good. Thank you for everything!

spotlessly clean inside, very handy for the Westbahnhof/ U3 for heading into the 1st/inner city, for boozing with the hipsters in Neubau, and generally enjoying vienna as a tourist. As a female solo traveller this place was perfect. The room was ideal and cosy. Although I would’ve liked an extra pillow. I spent 5 nights here. Check in and instructions were very simple being as there is no reception. Everything hassle free. The area was perfect and it had a little of everything within walking distance. Hidden Lux Gem tucked in the heart of Wien

Numa is a fabulous new hidden gym in the heart of Vienna's 4 corners. While the main street itself is loud, the hotel is sound proof, irrelevant which side of the building you're on. Black out curtains & luxury bedding, wooden minimalistic dekor but 'at home' vibes. Nespresso machine, black & white D&D design bathrooms, great water pressure, tea kettle, & quiet! Easy check in & out w/ key pads, I found myself back a few times throughout my summer work travels. Many thanks, Numa!

Comfort nest to the west

Personal taste l love all the compact design with woody ambiance, so l enjoyed staying inside a lot with the comfort and it’s so quiet ( on the other side of the main boulevard ) and l didn’t hear any other move in the building ( 5th floor ) sweet of all the snack drink and amenity. Easy check in check out via WhatsApp or site ,just beware of the night passengers wandering in front of the main gate. So close to west station, location location location. Lockers on the fiend floor by the way in case needed.

Clean comfortable and quiet

Great hotel close to u-bahn. Really quite well designed room excellent kitchette. Very comfortable. But check in process was hell. Didn’t get email and couldn’t check in remotely spent nearly 30 mins on phone trying to check in. Nightmare! Room isn’t cleaned during stay so tea coffee not topped up. Long life milk was off and curdled in hot water. Overall lovely if the niggles were fixed it would be 10 out of 10.

To begin with, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel location is ok. The only problem is that this is 100% Whatsapp hotel. Starting with entering the room, no one on premisses and the worst thing you talk to bots. We had a problem with the safe deposits and it took over an hour to solve via phone. They don't give you a fresh towel before you talk to a bot. When you go out there is a place full of drunk people. I will not go there again.

Clean new place but bad accountability by staff

The rooms and hotel itself are very fresh and clean with a comfortable bed and features such as being able to connect to Bluetooth in the bathroom mirror. However, we had en experience that overshadowed the good. The electricity shut off one night and all of us had the wait in the lobby for the electrician to come. After a few hours they came but as there is no reception no one knew where the extra keys were. This mishap caused us to lose valuable time at our stay in Vienna and no one from the staff took responsibility for the incident. If numa just had taken responsibility our rating of this place would have been good. Now, we have to give it 2/5*
