Its really a good hotel. If it can provide a welcome drink that will be more fantastic.

very very very small room, you can hardly walk in the room even 1 person. Always have renovation noice in the morning.

No windows in their first-class room
Be aware: paid for ‘first class’ room - there was NO WINDOW. Customer service very poor.
I would avoid any hotel without a window, yet was sold a room with a photograph clearly displaying a window and curtains.
This room was pretty much their top price point other than a suite. Had to move to a smaller room, as I couldn’t stay in an internal room, especially given Yotels choice of very dim lighting.
I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times for a refund of the price difference between the two rooms and have been completely ignored. Will have to pursue small claims now, which is a total waste of my time.
