時期は、違う大江戸に行きます。
Hotels.comの料金表示が税抜きになっている。
詳細にも追加料金にキチンと記載なし。
チェックアウト後に、友人に追加料金を回収するはめになり、恥をかきました。
外資系の会社あるあるのトラブルのようですね。
大江戸グループと伺い、お料理を楽しみにして来ましたが、残念でした。
ドリンクや酒飲み放題にしなくて良いので、その分上質なお料理が食べたいです。
4時にチェックインして、夕飯が8時でした。

束の間の時間を過ごしました。
受付に時間がかかる。
部屋の鍵がスムーズにいかず、開閉に時間がかかった。
壊れているのかと思い通りすがりの方にも助けていただきやっと開けることが出来ました。
premiumなので期待していたのですが、料金も安いので仕方ないと思いました。食事は多種類あり、美味しくいただきました。お世話になりました。スタッフの方々は少ないですが皆さん快く対応していただきました。
風呂上がりのアイスや飲み物ありがとうございました。

湯上りのアルコールを含む無料ドリンクとアイスは思わず飲み過ぎてしまう。

家族で宿泊。
温泉は2箇所あり、広くてゆっくり入れますが熱めです。
夕食、朝食は品数多く、家族皆満足。
補充はすぐにされるので、人は多くても食べるものが無くなることはなかったです。
食後、無料の卓球で遊び、汗をかき、また温泉入り。
マンガも沢山置いてあります。
20時からショーが開催され、いつもと違う時間を過ごせました。
盛りだくさんでしたので、1泊では物足りないです。温泉に入り、楽しく過ごせました。
また、泊まりに行きたいとおもいます。

トイレの流れが悪く
お酒の飲み放題にしたけど90分と決まっているのにビールのサーバーの交換が調子悪く時間がかかったのが残念だった

ブュッフェの種類が豊富でボーリングも楽しめます。
ブュッフェは朝夕とも種類が豊富で、つい食べ過ぎました。2段式のカートがあり、お盆を持たなくても良いので、特にお年寄りや小さなお子さんを抱いている人にはありがたいと思います。離乳食もちゃんと用意されていました。乳児が居ないので種類は分かりません。夕食後は19時から利用出来るボーリングを楽しみました。ボーリングは10レーンありますが、すぐに全レーン埋まり、老若男女問わず楽しんでいました。利用していませんが、カラオケもありました。ゲームコーナーはクレーンゲームメインでした。建物自体は古く少し昭和感が漂っています。あと、部屋にウォーターサーバーがあるのも良かったです。ただ、夕食の時間が到着時間で決められているので、到着しないと何時から夕食か分からないです。

朝食時、食堂の椅子がかなり汚れてました。テーブルも少々汚れが残っていました。朝一で行ったので、前日の清掃がいまいちだったと思いますので、改善要望します。
その他は特に問題ありませんでした。

スタッフさんたちがとても親切で、施設内でも飽きずに過ごせるよう工夫されている点はとてもよかったです。
リーズナブルな価格に比べてバイキングも内容がとても充実していました。
近くには川と素晴らしい眺めの滝がありますが、行き方に関する案内が口頭でも紙や標識も見当たらないことは勿体ないところでした。フロント正門の向かって左にある道でしょうか？せっかくの立地なのでもっとアピールしてほしいです。
残念だった点は掃除ですね。建物が古いのと別で、客室の掃除が行き届いてない感がありました。ベランダ側の窓の上部は相当掃除をしていないことがわかるようなホコリなどが目立ち、虫の死骸なども窓際にちらほら。次回お世話になることがあるかもですが、改善されていることを期待します。
今回は大変お世話になりました。

お部屋も夕飯も想像以上に良かったです。
ただ、大浴場への行き方等、館内はちょっと複雑で迷子になってしまいそうでした。

お店の方と温泉、お部屋は良かったったのでさが、通路、棚などに埃が溜まっていて清潔感にかけるところがありました。
