I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Il Divino, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's facilities were incredibly stylish and modern, rivaling those of a five-star luxury hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Luigi, who graciously introduced us to every aspect of our room. He also provided clear directions on how to get to the hotel and the breakfast venue, ensuring a seamless start to our stay. As a gesture of goodwill, Luigi even gifted us with a bottle of the famous Neapolitan hot sauce, "Peperoncino di Napoli," wishing us luck and prosperity. The informative booklet provided in our room was a thoughtful touch, offering valuable insights into the outstanding attractions of Naples. The room itself was impeccably clean, and to my surprise, it even featured Chanel perfume, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, boasting a powerful water pressure that made for a refreshing shower. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and providing top-notch amenities truly elevated our stay. Overall, B&B Il Divino exceeded our expectations in every way. When we first arrived at this property, I wasn’t sure about the area since it’s in an older part of town. However, once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-kept the rooms were. Communication was excellent, and the service was great. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, especially if you’re heading to the airport the next day.

This B&B is a close location by taxi to the airport and the train station and the harbor. We only needed one night for a flight the next day and this was ideal and affordable. The rooms are extremely clean and I must say the towels were the best we had in 5 weeks of travel. Carmen responded to our phone call immediately and gave us the complete tour. She was extremely sweet and helpful each time we contacted her. She arranged for a taxi the next morning and it was prompt.

No es un hotel! Alquilan 4 habitaciones separadas con baño privado. No existe recepción, hay que llamar para que te vengan abrir la puerta a tu llegada. La entrada es un portón donde se comparten otros edificios todo muy mal cuidado Otro punto importante durante el día hay feria en la puerta por lo que llamar a un Uber o taxi debes movilizar a la esquina. El check in es a las 11 am pero antes a las 10 am te llaman x avisar cuando te vas y te sacan el equipaje de la habitación, sin permiso. Breakfast en un bar de la esquina y consiste en un bisturí y un café si queres algo más hay que pagar, Muy pobre!!!!

Highly recommended

IL Divino was a great place to stay. The room was so clean with air con. Close to train station and a nice walk to the shops. Sophia was super, very informative and very helpful on the check-in. She made sure we had no unanswered questions before letting us get on with our stay. Would highly recommend and hopefully be back again.

To hotels and rooms were very nice! The location was very good to the central station. We came late to the check in time since we forgot to check it beforehand, but the kind staff came and helped us out even tho it was our fault. My overall rating is excellent!

Great modern room just steps from Napoli Centrale

The location was ideal for coming from the train station as it is only 4 minutes walk down the same street. A key card is needed to access the courtyard from the street, the building’s main door, the Il Divino entrance and then our room. We felt it was both safe and secure and the building has a lift so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up multiple stairs. The room & it’s bathroom were beautiful, modern & very clean! We loved our room here. We were welcomed by our host and had a great stay! Expect to walk a bit more to some of the more touristy areas but nothing extraordinary!

A estrutura interna do Il divino é muito fora da curva, moveis modernos, cama confortável, tudo muito bom. O ambiente externo é meio frio pois é um prédio muito simples próximo de outros prédios também muito antigos, porém a parte interna é a qualidade do quarto compensam muito. O atendimento de Sofia também foi muito bom

Room was very clean & enough space. Very nice to have vouchers for breakfast at a great cafe’ across the street. Bed was nice and big and pillows were great. A nice addition were the complimentary slippers found in the bathroom. However, check-in was a nightmare after having travelled almost 14 hours to get there.. bad communication. The check in person was supposed to be at reception waiting for us. The place was difficult enough to find and we got there only to find the entrance door locked and nobody there to let us in. Lucky that a young couple were returning to their room and let us in and were kind enough to call the person in charge to let her know we had arrived. Other than that, it was a nice quiet place to stay,

Do not stay here. I truly cannot understand how this place is as highly rated as it is… This hotel is completely misleading, as it’s actually a bed and breakfast…without even really having a breakfast. You get a voucher for a place ACROSS THE STREET where you get 1 mediocre baked good and 1 coffee. Nothing else. Both days we were there, the comforter was stained. Not sure with what. Hotel staff was kind, but the system is very clearly not run well. She had to take a picture of our passports rather than inputting the data into a system, which I didn’t love. The area itself is incredibly dirty and sketchy. You can’t walk anywhere without feeling unsafe or anxious, so you end up spending a ton on taxis which already don’t want to pick you up because it’s a short/cheap fair. Naples is definitely a place to spend extra and get a nice hotel in a nice area, and that is not this. While the interior was clean and updated of the specific “hotel” areas, it’s in a building with a really tiny door and super sketchy tiny lift that really cannot accommodate luggage or multiple people. We ended up just walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs with our bags because the lift was so sketchy. Again, spend the extra and stay somewhere better.

helpful friendly check in. Area outside is dirty and dodgy. Naples in January is wonderful. So much to see and prices for public transport and entrance fees to local attractions are reasonable.
