Quaint hotel close to the city center

Stay was great. Included breakfast was awesome, staff were very kind and helpful, would absolutely stay here again. Only thing to keep in mind is that parking is €17 a night. There’s free street parking across from the hotel if you can find it, but just be prepared to pay if you can’t. That being said we were able to find a spot easily.

Good for a day in Regensburg

The Hotel itself is modern and with a concept design. The people working in the reception and in the breakfast hall are okay. The cost of breakfast is pricey for what is offered. It would be nice if they vary the hot food served. The downside is the house keeping. They come late and so they just hand you with fresh towels,which is good anyway .But would be good that they do their part to clean. That is why people come to Hotels. Aside from staying they liked that their bed is done after a long day sightseeing outside.

The beds were very comfortable . The buffet breakfasts were good. Not having a small table and two small chairs and an armchair in the room detracted from our enjoyment and comfort hugely. We both experienced sore backs from having to sit on the bed for 7 days. A fair hike to the town Centre and railway station . Loud music in the breakfast room was annoying. We would not come back nor recommend it to others for more than a one night stay.

A pearl close to the center

Modern and practical hotel 15-20 min walk from the old town. We had 1railway tracks outside our window - absolutely no problem. With the windows clised you hear nothing. And yes, there is an efficient a/c. Practical bathroom with spacious shower, safe, comfortable beds, but unfortunately 50% synthetic bed linen which make you sweat. (The only minus,). Good breakfast. Cheap parking. Very nice staff throughout.

If the very few parking spaces are full then you have to pay €18 to park in their car park, as there is nowhere else. The check-in took 30 minutes due to inadequate staffing and not even an apology. The room contained a marked carpet. Stained curtains and the roof terrace had weeds a cigarette butts. There is a buffet breakfast at €17 but i went elsewhere. My experience was the very antithesis of German hospitality and standards. On the plus side, the shower and room temperature were very good.

When we checked in the male staff member was quite rude, didn't provide any info beyond the room number. Other staff members were friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was so so, it was obvious some surfaces had not been cleaned properly. First morning the firealarm went off quite early morning. Parking price listed on expedia is 12 per night but upon arrival it was 17 per night. There is free street parking in the neighbourhood available within the next block. We could not find the breakfast price listed anywhere and did not want to interact with the same rude staff member so we went to a local bakery instead.
