A lovely hacienda hotel with a mix of old and new. The main swimming pool is fantastic, and the food/drinks offer of a high standard (if expensive) with very professional service level throughout. Our modern room was incredible with outside shower, bath, terrace area, and bed. Although some of the original hacienda charm is being lost by the hotel's expansion, it is being sensitively done with beautiful landscaping and spa area. Note that there is building work going on overlooking the main pool, but not overly intrusive. For peaceful enjoyment, the hotel may also need to think about making one of the two other pools into a children's area or enforcing clearer etiquette on pool use.

Fabulously fantastic place to stay. From start to finish the entire experience was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the Olympic length pool, the outdoor patio (complete with hammock) and the additional outdoor shower in the room. The grounds are paradise-esque, with quaint creatures to admire at ground level and in the skies . The dining options were also sublime. It is 30 mins drive from the main Merida square, however it is a beautiful oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Worth visiting to admire the grounds of the Hacienda, even if just for a day trip.

We had the privilege of staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, we were only able to stay for one night. If we had had more time, we would have stayed at least a week. The property is truly breathtaking, a real haven of beauty and serenity. Every detail is meticulously cared for with rare perfection, and the atmosphere is simply enchanting. The staff is also amazing, attentive, and exceptionally kind, making our stay absolutely unforgettable. I sincerely hope to return and extend this memorable experience. Beautiful grounds! Hotel is not in a nice area, but as soon as you enter is a different story. Far from city center and Paseo de Montejo. Please don’t be naive and use your safe box, even if you go to the pool, money got taken from my purse when I left it in the room and not on the safe. Don’t think because is a nice Hotel nothing will happen. It happened. Be alert.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loved the property it’s really beautiful our room was perfect. We had a plunge pool in the patio so it was perfect. We truly enjoyed our one night stay wish I would have booked for longer. The service at the restaurant was really nice. The server was really attentive and friendly. We did see a tarantula and snake but it’s part of the jungle. They did remove the tarantula that was on the stairs. It’s a gorgeous hacienda and not far from the city. Highly recommended this place it’s worth visiting. It’s really clean and the experience of the jungle is very nice.

Me fue más o menos , no tuvimos servicio de cortesía en la noche ni toallas adicionales , en el servicio del Concierge le pedimos una recomendación para donde comer en Celestúm y nos mandó al hotel XInxim que está a 30 minutos de Celestún y resulta que está cerrado desde 2020 y perdimos casi una hora y medio de nuestro tiempo y es increíble que el gimnasio no tenga caminadoras para la categoría del hotel , así que varios puntos por mejorar y que una propiedad de esta calidad no le puede faltar y más por el dinero de sus tarifas
