El hotel está bien ubicado , a dos cuadras del puerto y de la playa pública, al frente de la mejor panadería francesa de Quintana Roo, pues el hotel no tiene servicio de desayuno incluido, Las habitaciones son lindas , con aire acondicionado, TV, wi-fi gratuita, nevera ,cafetera eléctrica y plancha. La mía tenía una ventana que daba a una pared. Estaban limpias y bien organizadas. El personal es muy amable.

La habitación estába limpia y de buen tamaño, sin embargo se debe considerar que si se es muy sensible a los ruidos, las habitaciones sencillas no son una buena opción porque se escuchan muchos ruidos de la calle y las camaristas se ponen a platicar en el pasillo desde las 7 am sin considerar que hay huéspedes aún durmiendo.

Staff at hotel is very service oriented and helped with any of our needs and beyond. Every service also done with smiles and friendly words! The staff is the best!

Rug in the bedroom seemed a little dirty and I wish there were better dead bolts to lock the room, but otherwise this place was great for a brief stay. Not much storage space to hang clothes but our room did have a small fridge. Loved the area around - easy to walk everywhere and very beautiful greenery.

It has everything we expected. We checked in at midnight and checked out early in the morning. The young receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his friendliness and patience. The rooms are very clean.

Caracol in puerto Morelos

Room was clean, but sparse, which is typical Mexico. Bed comfortable and AC worked great. The TV, all programs, were only in Spanish so if you know no Spanish, bring a book! No elevator so careful on the luggage. Good location, just off the town square, with lots of shops and restaurants, and the beach is a 5 minute walk.
