Both the hotel facilities and the room were spotless. Mercedes and Eduardo, at Reception, made a huge difference, providing excellent advice and taking care of all our needs. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Ocean Drive and the beach, with many shops and restaurants around. We used the valet service, also very good, but there is also a public parking nearby. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel is clean and quiet. Exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for. It was our first time visiting Miami Beach and we wanted to stay somewhere not too expensive but paid for convenience. You do not need a car. We walked everywhere. There’s citi bike rentals around the corner if you want to rent a bike. Only took an Uber to the airport. A walk away from the beach and close by to other restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The blackout curtains help to sleep and night as well. There’s lots of natural light and the room has enough lighting as well. You need your room key to turn on the room lights which was interesting. Roof top is intimate. Not too big and not too small. Hot tub is pretty small but not a big deal. Overall our stay was comfortable and easy. No problems whatsoever. I recommend this hotel if you’re interested in a boutique hotel that’s clean and quiet.

However, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, which felt like a basic amenity that should have been included. The bathroom was disappointing—the water pressure was extremely weak, and there was no makeup mirror available. Additionally, the hair dryer provided was quite old and not very effective. Overall, while the location and room design were excellent, the lack of attention to guest amenities and bathroom quality left room for improvement.

Housekeeping was good, but the room had a noticeable mildew smell. There was constant creaking throughout the building, and you can clearly hear neighboring rooms when showers are running, which made sleep difficult. Storage space is extremely limited, and the room does not qualify as a “suite” by most North American standards. The layout is poorly designed. The desk and coffee maker block what little drawer space there is, and the coffee maker’s power cord does not even reach the wall outlet. Overall, the room felt cramped and poorly thought out, and the “all suites” branding is misleading.
