The Ricciardelli Luxury Appartments are a real find. Great location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The accommodation is very comfortable and both the owner and his staff are very responsive and helpful. This is a real gem.

It was our first visit to Rome, and the location was amazing! It was so close to absolutely everything! Also, Gianacarlo took such great care and gave us excellent recommendations for dining. The Tramonto Panoramic Studio Suite is positively Amazing... it was very large with more than enough room for 2 people. The Terrace has the absolute BEST view of Rome and the Vatican you could hope for. Giancarlo truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. All of the staff were more than welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was extremely generous and truly started your day off on the right foot.

Great location, perfect for couples.

Wonderful location at the top of the Spanish steps. Great views! Friendly owner and staff. Lots of activity for people watching over the Spanish steps area. We walked to many things. Very safe area and we used the metro a few times. Only small issue was not restocking the coffee and water in the room every morning.

The only good part was the location. Otherwise we were extremely disappointed. Very unfriendly host, was told we "didn't need a blanket" when we requested one. Very average breakfast. Didn't change the linens or towels. I could go on, but overall just very disappointed, especially for the price.
