Altid et godt sted.

Tredje gang vi bor her og det fungere bare så godt. Man kan godt se at stedet er blevet brugt og der er også slidtage men overordnet et super godt sted og tæt på alle seværdighederne. Wonder Vacation er gode til at kommunikere.

Clean unit but big problems

To the surface everything was clean and pretty. But everyday something was discovered broken or majorly wrong. Very hard to communicate with WVH. They did minimal to fix or wouldn’t respond to you. Pool heater quit twice and they only fixed first time. Parts of dishwasher were broken and made it hard to use. Dryer wouldn’t work when went to use. Took couple days to fix. Worst was the plumbing in the entire unit quit working. All toilets were unflushable, and sewage backed up into downstairs shower. They fixed same day but was really disappointed. Bedroom downstairs carpet gets went when you take a shower. Evident water damage at wall and closet. Major issues that need fixed. Wish they would’ve offered a credit or another stay of some sort. Really took from families trip. Place is pretty and clean but major internal issues and customer service needs improvement.

Terribles condiciones y comunicación

Terrible la vivienda no esta en condiciones para rentar el baño se tupio y en cuestion de una hora se salio todo por la ducha tuvimos que salir del lugar a las 11 de la noche porque el agua agua corria afuera del baño y llame y nadie respondió para ayudar. Ahora dicen que es responsabilidad mia pero una cosa de esa magnitud no sucede en 2 dias que fue el hospedaje tuve que salir incluso antes de tiempo por la situación
