The room is listed for 6 adults. I went with my 10 yo, 12 yo and my husband and we could not fit. The "curtains" look like bed sheets, the balconey was dirty, theres no place for luggage, closets were full with owners things, there is one outlet, and the space for a walk wat between the bed on the floor and the fridge is my 2 feet put together. The flooring is coming up and there are multiple hooks hanging from the ceiling. After i contacted hotels.com and advised them of the situation, the owner was in the lobby slamming doors and glaring at us. Did not feel safe after that. Keep in mind we left within 30 min of entering the room and calling hotels.com so we did not sleep there are disrupt any of the things.

Pros: location if you're into the late nite scene to drink and party all night. The ac worked. Cons: tiny, blankets were dirty, entrance walk space area was less then my size 9 shoe, sandwiched by bed and refrigerator. Floor was dirty, nastiest floor mat, bathroom smelled like old towels, could be a shady area. Found dirty socks in pantry, not may outlets so everything is plugged into one. STUFF PILED UP EVERYWHERE

Location, location, location. If you want to be in the heart of Shibuya with a short walk to the station and access to shops, restaurants, and pubs, this is the place for you. Room and amenities are simple and were a bit cramped for the five of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers) but would be perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Self check-in and out was simple and communication with the manager was easy.

I never got the check-in email and had to call to get it. This place had a smell. It didn’t look clean. It was incredibly noisy. The blinds were damaged and did not block out the streetlight. The internet was really poor. It was so bad we couldn’t stay there and went somewhere else. If your used to staying at a hostel then this place might be ok for you.

The instructions for getting the key were not clear. It was a huge mix up, they gave me keys to another room and when I came back in the middle of the night they had taken my stuff out and I found it lying in the hallway and the manager had to help me get the correct key for my room.

We booked for 5 adults and the place was only big enough for 2 adults. 2 of us slept on the sofas and one on the floor. No luggage space. All the closets were full of owner’s stuffs, no place to hang clothes. Toilet seat is almost broken. After we left, the owner contacted us and let us know that we broke their vacuum cleaner which we did not even know of it existence in this tiny room. The place is not noise insulation. We can hear drunken people screaming, talking loudly, laughing throughout the night til 5-6 am every night. The pro is it is a very convenient location to everything. I think it should be fitted for 2 adults and 1 child maximum. We feel that we are cheated for this price to accommodate for 5 adults.

Like the recent reviews, we had a terrible experience at this property. The property is just the one room and it is very cramped for our family of five. There was nowhere to put our luggage except in the middle of the room. The couches fold down for sleeping on, but that just eats up more space. The bed itself and the fridge obstruct the door into the room. We considered it a safety hazard. Like a previous review mentioned, all the closets were full of junk, so there was no place to put our stuff. This property should not be listed for more than 2 people. The property was also unclean. Everything looked and felt dirty. There was a foldable table that had mold on it. The toilet seat was broken. The blinds were very shabby and useless. That was a major problem since there was a street light just on the other side of the window. It lit up the whole room and made it near impossible to get any sleep. That light was a huge issue and important to know if you consider staying here as it is not obvious from the info provided by the property page. Then there was the noise. There was no sound proofing at all so we heard so much talking, laughing and yelling from down on the streets. It was a very active area, so that went on all throughout the night. We were supposed to stay for 6 nights, but we left after 2 nights. We had to get out of there. We contacted Expedia about this, but unfortunately they weren't able to help us deal with this in any way that satisfied us.
The doorway into the room is obstructed by the bed and fridge. Very unsafe.
The street light is just outside the window. The shabby blinds do nothing to keep the light out at night.

部屋はそれなりにきれいでしたが、風呂場が問題です。 シャワー程度の排水でも、風呂の排水溝から水が溢れ出し、非常に不快でした。 お湯を沸かそうと電気ポットを使いましたが、スイッチの オン/オフ が付いておらず、使いにくかった。 また、台所の電気コンロは、お湯を沸かすのに２０分以上かかり、使い物にならなかった。 「洗濯機がある」との表示あったが、マンション入り口のランドリーのことで、それを発見するまでに時間がかかった。（注意書きの一つでも欲しかった。）
