Great stay.

Hotel was very clean, super close to the station and well priced. The self checkin/checkout worked well. Was nice having the fridge, microwave and clothes washer. Family Mart was just across the street. Felt safe walking from the train station, even though you had to walk past some 'hourly hotels' to get to the neighborhood with Eisei Stay.

This hotel is spacious compared with others in Tokyo. However, we heard the noise occurred by the upper floor when they moved the furniture which degraded our experience. Overall we were satisfied this time.

Excellent room, extremely quiet, well designed, large, clean. My wife said she could live there all year. Beds were very comfortable. Safe neighborhood with good access to train station and food.

Dans l’ensemble satisfaisant, mais quelques points à revoir : le ménage est très sommaire, et le plus gros problème c’est qu’on ne peut pas laisser ses valises en week-end. Si vous arrivez ou partez en week-end c’est très embêtant car il n’y a pas de personnel le week-end faites très attention quand vous réservez vos vols et que vous restez dans cet hôtel, si vous avez un vol le soir en week-end tuera votre journée si vous avez des bagages. Nous cela a tué notre dimanche on a dû partir directement à l’aéroport car nous avions six valises.

4인가족 숙소로 너무 좋았음! 단점보단 장점이 더 많은 곳.

[장점] 1. 도쿄 숙소치고 방 넓음. 2. 환기 잘 됨. (환풍시설 및 창문있음) 3. 방음 괜찮고 주변 조용함. 4. 시설이 다 깨끗한 편 5. 콘센트 많음. 6. 취사 및 빨래 가능 7. 세심하게 준비된 요소들이 많음. 8. 바로 앞에 편의점 있음. 9. 도보 5분거리에 돈키호테 있음. 10. 10분거리에 역, 백화점 있음. 11. 20분 거리에 썬샤인시티 있음. [단점] 1. 주변 분위기 별로임.(러브호텔 지역사이에 있음) (위험한 분위기는 전혀 아니고 매우 조용함) 2. 체크인전, 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 불가 3. 청소상태 살짝 별로임 4. 침구가 다 단단하고 무거운 편이라 포근한 느낌 없음.

This property is truly a hidden gem!!!!!!!! For being in Japan, we had a sizable room with 4 twin beds and we were all comfortable!!! There’s a Family Mart right next door and a refrigerator and freezer to keep things in!!!!! Ikebukuro station is just a short walk away and restaurants were plenty!!!! I will definitely stay there again!!!!

This was an enjoyable different experience for us on our trip to Japan. The unmanned hotel was easy to access. The room was large and inviting. It was conveniently located next to a Family Mart. 5 minute walk to the train station was accessible. We would love to stay here again.

Really close to a major train station. The place is nestled between several love hotels but is overall very quiet and safe. Place was clean and modern and had an elevator. The only downside was that on the last day they started knocking on our door at 9:30 to tell us that checkout was at 10. We knew and were getting ready to leave but it felt like we were being rushed out.

3박했어요. 미리 넉넉하게 수건과 세면용품들 준비되어서 좋았습니다. 바닥이나 침구류 청소상태 좋았고요. 가격대비 큰 평수도 마음에 들었어요. 바로 앞에 패밀리마트있고 도보 7분거리에 돈키호테도 있어요. 다만 모텔촌 거리를 지나야 갈 수 있어서 아이들과 함께 다닐때 신경이 쓰이긴 했습니다!

가성비가 매우 좋음 4인실 4침대가 흔치않은데 이 점에서 호감 콘센트가 침대 위치마다 배치되어있어 침대에서 폰하다가 잘 수 있음 수건도 많음 드라이기도 있음 편의점도 1분거리에 있어 전체적으로 매우 만족함 단점은 근처가 다 러브호텔가임 어린이가 있는 가족은 다른 곳 알아보시는게 좋을것 같습니다.

施設はきれいで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ポットや電子レンジもあって、洗濯機には洗剤も付けてくれていました。トイレやキッチン用に、タオルの予備があれば良かったなと思いました。子どもと一緒だったので、こちらの施設に行くまでの道で、周辺の施設に少し気を使いました。費用が安く済んだので、そこは仕方なかったのかなと思っています。
