The staff was wonderful at the Viv and they made our stay so wonderful. Jorge at the front desk and Alex from the Valencia restaurant made us feel taken care of and valued. Our room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The removable shower had had a small problem on its metal casing go the hose but it was minor.
