Staff was always friendly and answered any questions we had. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant. The pool area was nice with sun and shade available. There were always towels available. Our room was ok. As previous posters mentioned, you cannot walk around the bed by The window because The room is a bit Small for 2 queens. That being said, the beds were comfortable and we worked Around it just fine. I do wish the towels were a little more Substantial for a Holiday Inn. They are a little on the flimsy side. We were there for the amusement parks and it’s a great location for this.
