The front desk agent was on her phone when we were trying to check in. The entire hotel smells like weed and urine. There was a fire alert smoke detector in the halllway that reminded us every 4 minutes that nobody does maintenance there. Couldn’t sleep but we had a child in the hospital nearby so we had to stay. Long wait times but good location

Location to the center of everything is the main perk of this hotel. Check in took over an hour but that was no fault of the front desk staff who were all very kind, they were just under-staffed. The elevators also took excessively long due to the amount of people accessing them. Otherwise, the room itself was the quality to be expected.

When arrival there but got so confused of how getting to the clerk desk lobby but asked for directions and received my cards room but unfortunately doesn't work and had to go back do the same thing long line waiting by clients, that killing my times and inconvenience left me wore out so next time to make sure the cards room is working. Other than that, room is cleaned and the rooftop view is awesome!
