I reserved a room with two queen beds and a view of the mountains. On arrival, the receptionist said all the two queen bedrooms were occupied and did not know anything about rooms with a view to the mountains. They ended up accommodating me with a king size bedroom with a pull out bed. I don't know if it was hotels.com fault or the hotel's but, these issues shouldn't happen. The hotel itself was nice. I would stay there again.
