World Class Guest Services

This is an amazing place. It is like a home away from home. Guest service is competitive with the best Asian and European hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I did a lot of traveling!! Mercedes, JV, Ed, Mark, Ann Marie, Benedict et al made it so easy to park my car and get ensconced in one of their beautiful rooms. Incredibly comfortable stay.

The hotel was lovely! We checked in and we were the “guest of the day”! We were upgraded to a suite. The room was great - my only comment is that there were not blackout shades.
