Bad experience, they said they have parking, but actually they don’t have it. I come here at midnight with 4 hour drive, and then they told me they don’t have parking, they ask me to park at street and ask me move my car before 7am, I don’t know how I can just sleep 3 hour, nobody coming to solve the problem, terrible service and not really clean room

The stay was pleasant here. I asked to be away from elevator and ice machine (basically in a quiet area) which was granted. The room was clean and it was ready on time. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great and the value for the money was better than I expected. Coffee and refillable water stations were a big hit as well. I have zero complaints.

Single traveller, having the smallest room. The size of the room is fine when travelling alone, but for two persons it might be perceived too small. As such the room is very efficient - good desk for working, Nespresso coffee machine and fine bath room. All newly renovated and very clean. Only problem being the sound insulation or lack thereof towards the corridor. Staff friendly and accommodating. A nice club area/lounge with free coffee/tea throughout the day. Purified water and bottles available on each floor. Good location, just two blocks away from the Long Island Railroad in the Grand Central Terminal - perfect if arriving from JFK. Close to subway stations.

I was in NYC on business so I didn’t hang out in the room much but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the window opened some which I love. The gym was a little small but I got a run in and the coffee was good.

Hotel itself is very clean. I was there for a solo trip and chose a room with the queen size bed. The room itself was extraordinarily small even by New York standards as far as being alone in the room it was fine, but there are different room sizes for you to choose from and if you aren’t going to be with more than one person, this size room would definitely not be for you. The good news is that the hotel is very updated. The bathroom was clean full of nice amenities at the bed was soft and location is absolutely fantastic. I wrote in another review that there is no doorman and I had a situation where I needed to have transportation to the airport very early. The night before my trip I went to the front desk and asked if there was somebody that could help me get a taxi in the morning. Her response was no and then I should get an Uber. I did order an Uber in the next morning the Uber did not show up. I went to the person that was at the desk, which was a different person in the night before, and I asked if they could help me get a taxi. Their response was no walk towards Times Square and I would find one. It was raining outside. I have been told by management in another review that the front desk people should be able to help get you a taxi. My experience was that they were not. I’m not suggesting that they can’t. I’m just stating that my experience was that they did not help me. I do recommend the hotel if you’re looking for someplace in a great location that is clean.
