The room was just fine—nothing fancy, but everything that you would need (although, oddly, no fridge). But we arrived at a time when the airport shuttle bus wasn't running and tried to call the hotel repeatedly, to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport, and nobody picked up, for well over an hour in the middle of the afternoon. The finally picked up and said that there had been only one staff member and they had been busy checking in guests and couldn't answer the phone, but didn't seem particularly apologetic. There should be instructions in the welcome email, explaining how to get to the hotel if the shuttle is not running. Also, a small (0.5L) bottle of water in the lobby costs €4. Ridiculous. Overall, I was not impressed with the service, but thought the building and room itself were fine.
