Room was filthy and outdated, no light bulbs in any of the lamps, phone did not work so I could call the front desk, desk clerk had an attitude because I had asked for a first floor unit in advance, I'm handicapped, she did not accommodate me. No smoking hotel and next door neighbors were burning pot all night long which permeated into my room. This hotel is actually being used for housing the Brevard county homeless according to clerk. A lot of transient people were lurking around the halls and parking lot. I would never go back there!

When we arrived at the front desk, the clerk refused to let us in the lobby stating we would have to sleep in our car until they received from hotels.com our reservation we set the reservation at eight pm.It was midnight now and we arrive by Uber. They left us in the parking lot, unable to go into our reservation until the following day at 11 AM. What can we do about this? Please help

The table was marked and the one side of the bathroom was rusting. The room was basic, there were clean towels. NO CUTTLERY WAS AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH.. a sign shared to ask front desk if needed. There is no breakfast area to sit sown and have a coffee. The price was reasonable
