Drive through nightmare

(This hotel shairs a parking lot with a fast food restaurant.) Thair is only one main entrance to the hotel, and the restaurants drive through line is the only way to get to the hotel. On top of that there is road construction going on in the Maine road at the only entrance. And not enough parking.

We have stayed there many times over the last 14 years. The so called renovated rooms were more like a cold hospital room. The floors were very dirty as was the elevator and hallways. The staff was pleasant but you had to go downstairs for anything you needed because there wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room.

Parking is not good. Staff is very friendly. The dishes and things for the kitchen didn't look very clean when we got them. Renovations are happening which will make the place nicer. The room above us was leaking a small about of water into our shower. We really enjoyed the walking path that led from the hotel to the park. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping options near by.

Hotel was under room renovations so not a lot of hotel parking due to dumpsters. The street in front was also under construction so had to risk your life/car to shoot the gap from on coming traffic or drive past and make you turn. Shower had no hot water at 10am. Recliner was old and felt like a cat had dug its claws into both arms. It shares parking lot with a chic-fil-a. Since not a lot of hotel parking had to park and battle with the drive through lane of the restaurant.
