This is a nice, clean hotel in a safe and very convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful, which we especially appreciated since we didn't know the area well. We could walk to almost everything. We did Uber to the Rocky steps at the art museum but then worked our way back to the hotel, walking to all the tourist/historic sites. We felt safe at the hotel's location and could easily walk around in the evening to Independence Hall, Elfreth's Alley, Betsy Ross House, and others within just a few minutes. Make sure to go to Sonny's Famous Cheesesteak (delicious!), just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was just okay (powdered eggs), but other than that, this is a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Philadelphia.
