Amazing hotel!

The hotel was amazing! Everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms, the shower, the location (really close to a bunch of stations and only one or two stops away from Tokyo Station) and, especially the private onsen (a really life saver after a full day of walking and shopping). Would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again

Highly recommended

It’s a comparatively new hotel, good location for metro and train. Their public bath is an attraction to me esp they are in city center.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions we had and even helped us transfer our luggage to our next location. Room was clean and cozy. Hotel is very close to Subway stations and plenty of food and bars. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.

Great stay

Overall, a great stay. Nice, clean room with all the amenities, including pajamas and slippers. Comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. The staff was very polite and helpful. The public bath was great for relaxing after a long day.
João Luiz, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good value hotel close by to Kanda/Shin-Nihonbashi station. Room is small (but this is Tokyo, so expected) with a nice onsen onsite. Staff we’re helpful and friendly
Mark, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really great little hotel in great location. Short walk to 3 train stations as well as local grocer, 7/11 and Family Mart. Stayed with two teenagers and used as a central base to explore Tokyo. Stayed in comfortable and well equipped triple room - with spce for 3 suitcases. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Loved our stay ❤️

10/10 Exceptional

Close to train station. Nothing I don’t like

2025 TOKYO MARATHON

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Its located in a quiet area near central tokyo. Close to JR and other stations. 1.5km to imperial palace which i can do my morning jog before i start my day. There are 711 and family mart stores nearby and close to mituskoshi department store. The room is nice and clean. A small public hotbath jn the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
Tina, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room is clean and decent. Location is good as it is within 2 minutes to the Shin Nihonbashi Station. It is also accessible via Kanda Station if you have lots of luggage and would like to take the elevator after alighting from the train.
CLARE, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

we stayed here on our last night of our trip. this hotel has an earlier checkout than any other we stayed at and is generally not as geared toward foreigners. the staff was very nice and polite, but this is definitely more of a business hotel than one for leisure.
Amanda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Small and quaint hotel thats perfect for those who will be out and about the whole day and just need a place to rest. The rooms aren’t very big but have everything you need i.e: a bed, bathroom, fridge, toiletries. The neighborhood is very quiet and is a 5 minute walk to the subway entrances. Walk a little more and there’s a shopping area with department stores. The staff was very nice!
Vivian, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is located in commercial area, so it often gets quiet at night. There is convenient store and a small supermarket nearby, but there is a lack of restaurant options near hotel. It is next to jr shin-nihombasahi station and metro misukoshi-mae station, which makes it convenient to change lines. Room itself is tidy and there isn't much noises at night. Size is quite big among other options in Tokyo. Staffs are friendly and keen to help. Overall the stay here is satisfactory, despite the lack of stores and restaurants nearby.
C, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great experience. Rooms are tight, but clean; staff is kind. English goes a long way there. It’s not your 4 star accommodations, and kinda out of the way, but definitely a solid choice. It’s off the JR Sobu line, one stop from Tokyo Station. Finding the right train (subway) line to take from Tokyo was a little exasperating after a long flight inbound. Ended up on a taxi. Much simpler that way. There’s an eatery nearby in the basement of the Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower (I think that’s the name), but there aren’t your hordes of eating establishments outside the door. Breakfast was basic and good. Didn’t try their public furo.
